Cam helps leaders and teams navigate personal, organizational, and societal change. He has designed leadership programs for over 50 global companies, including ExxonMobil and FedEx. His research on leadership and meditation is published in academic journals and featured in his book, Beyond the Horizon: Glimpses into the Lives of Exceptional Leaders. With over 2,500 hours of coaching, Cam led the executive education office at the Kelley School of Business and served in the U.S. Air Force. He holds degrees in Classical Antiquity and English Literature from Indiana University.

Ian is the Chief Officer and SVP of Client Services Europe at Visa, leading client services in the region. He oversees client readiness for product launches, operational support, cardholder disputes, and client testing. Before Visa, Ian held senior leadership roles at AMEX, focusing on customer service, operational risk, business growth, and transformation across key segments. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Chemical Engineering from the University of Manchester and is a Chartered Accountant. Ian brings vast experience in leadership, focusing on cross-functional delivery of services.
Allen is president and COO of Charles Aris Executive Search, leading efficiency efforts with recruiting and operations teams. He serves as North Carolina State Chair for Member Engagement in the Young Presidents’ Organization and on the alumni board for the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. Previously, he worked in commercial real estate across the Southeast and managed the development of Charles Aris’s LEED-certified headquarters in Greensboro, N.C. He holds a business degree from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Wake Forest.
Charlie Jett is a certified professional coach (CPCC, PCC, CPQC) specializing in guiding mid-career MBAs seeking clarity and balance and coaching Co-Active coaches pursuing certification and client development. A U.S. Naval Academy and Harvard Business School graduate, Charlie served as a nuclear submarine officer and was Tom Clancy’s inspiration for Jack Ryan in The Hunt for Red October. He developed Cold War submarine tracking systems, authored six books, including Super Nuke, and is a sought-after speaker on career challenges and critical skills, sharing insights through podcasts and blogs.
Michelle is a transformational, certified trauma-informed coach and facilitator with a passion for creating safe, joy-filled paths to personal evolution. A self-proclaimed "personal growth geek" (she read her first self-help book at age 12), she has spent over 25 years guiding individuals and groups to experience greater happiness and success by weaving universal spiritual principles into everyday living. Whether working with Fortune 500 executives or emerging entrepreneurs, her signature blend of insight, humor, and heart has earned her descriptions like "magical," "transformative," and "a lifesaver!"
Kent has over 25 years of HR leadership experience at companies like Domino Sugar, Whirlpool, American Express, AIG/United Guaranty, and the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). Since 2011, he has been a certified executive coach. Kent is Partner, Coaching & HR Practice Lead at Kamyn Search and a Leadership Coach for CCL. His coaching focuses on leadership transitions, organizational change, and human transformation. Kent holds a BA from the University of Delaware, an MA in Human Resource Development from George Mason University, and is SPHR certified.
Founder and Principal Coach at Fully, Emma brings over 15 years of experience in the people industry. She is also a human resources leader and coach at Google, an entrepreneur, and a mother of three. Emma has held leadership roles across talent acquisition, recruiting, human resources, professional development, and coaching specialties. She has interviewed and consulted thousands of executives as an executive recruiter for Fortune 500 brands. Since 2013 at Google, Emma has led teams, facilitated training and development, and advised leaders on organizational design and people strategy.
Bruno is an accomplished executive with a proven track record in scaling and exiting global businesses. He successfully scaled and exited a $10 million global enterprise, turning challenges into opportunities. Bruno has launched two digital bank startups, bringing fresh innovation to banking. As a leader, he managed a $5 billion P&L with double-digit growth, demonstrating his ability to drive success. Passionate about helping founders scale teams and products, Bruno offers hands-on experience and strategic insight to guide them through growth, building scalable systems and thriving teams.
Christina is the founder and CEO of Blue Door Partners, a leadership development company. With over 20 years of executive and startup experience, she creates a playful, supportive space for leaders to grow. Specializing in executive presence and group dynamics, Christina has coached leaders at companies like Google, Apple, Microsoft, and others. She holds advanced degrees in Organizational Leadership and Development from Oxford, Boston University, and the University of San Francisco. Christina is a certified coach with CTI, Strozzi Institute, and ICF, with expertise in Leadership Circle and Hogan 360 assessments.
Graduated in Electrical Engineering from PUC Minas, with Business Management and Strategic Marketing from FGV, and Negotiation from Harvard University (USA), Sérgio Vilaça is a serial entrepreneur, advisor, writer, and investor. He was a partner in a large business group with over 20 companies in Asset Security and Technology, generating more than 2,300 direct jobs, with national operations and over $130 million in annual consolidated revenue. Founder of ePRO Educação, he has trained over 11,000 entrepreneurs and professionals through his lectures and training sessions.
Maite is a certified Co-Active Coach (PCC, ICF) specializing in emotions (Wingwave Coaching) and embodiment (Somatic Coaching). A Master in Conscious Connected Breathwork from the IRC, she integrates breathwork into individual and group sessions. Maite developed “Conscious Breathwork for Coaches,” training others to harness breathwork for transformation. Known for her empathy and intuitive energy mastery, she creates safe, non-judgmental spaces for self-discovery, helping individuals access inner wisdom, overcome barriers, and achieve growth through the power of breath.
